Kingdom Bike IMPERIAL Ti Frame

brand new, you're retro

Why ride Retro I hear you ask? Why bother with an OLD frame. An OLD style. And why ride something so heavy, and well, down right clunky? We agree with you, but hold on for one minute. Let's not forget, the bicycle was made for the road first, and that's where it seems to have flourished, especially in this modern day.

Paris Roubaix
I will never forget watching my hereos, men of men, wield those steel horses so far and so fast. I still remember 'borrowing' my older brothers Peugeot 'Racer', thinking I was an older Phil Anderson winning the Tour de France, or The Cannibal himself - Eddy Merckx, winning one of his Paris-Roubaix's. But I could barely see over the handle bars and getting my leg over the frame was an even harder task, and my brother eventually found out that I 'borrowed' it. Back then, it seemed the greatest bike on earth.

With it's over-the-bar cables, skinny super fast wheels, down-tube gear shifters, and of course those magic toe-clips (that gave you the secret speed to beat every kid on the block during those long school summers bike racing), what we now call a 'Retro Road Bike', was in truth the greatest bike I rode.

Classic Tour De France
The first time any person feels that freedom for the first time on a bike like this, well, once you've tried it - you can never go back. Nothing will ever be the same. And why would you want to...
