Supreme machine
Let's get it straight from the start, this frame is not an all new unique frame project. It won't leave you marvelling about the miracle of creation.
The objective of this project is to build a XC frame that's as light as it's possible to make whilst still strong enough to last longer than your lifetime.
The Supreme is also a challenge, thrown down to all the Ti critics that have been riding us about how we'll never make a titanium XC frame that's as good as carbon.
OK enough words, let's get on with it and meet The Supreme. As she stands, she's a heroin chic supermodel. She's sexy with all the right curves. She doesn't eat food, only smokes cigarettes and you can lift her with one finger!
She's The Supreme - 1.275 kgs of titanium lovin'.

The devil is in the detail. Geometry wise The Supreme is on the money for a thoroughbred XC steed; 70°head and 73° seat angles with a 23.6" top tube and 16.7" chainstays.
Expect to be a low-rider with a semi integrated headtube and short headtube length, giving 100mm travel forks the feel of 80mm.
We've incorprated a BB30 for added power transfer and optimised the chainstays so a narrow crank Q-factor
can be achieved.
For the asethetics there's an integrated seatpost which both shaves weight and increases the looks. Sitting proud is our own custom designed saddle mount in titanium with ti bolts and fixings.

But it's the rear when we've really gone to town. We used our experiences making The Legion frame and sent The Supreme to fat camp to work out and save some weight on her rear.
Skinny seatstays are beautifully sculptured for heel clearance with butted chainstays and a replaceable rear dropout keep the weight down to skinny latte levels.
Lastly we got the drill out and enlarged the drainage holes just to shave off those last few grams.

So there you have The Supreme. An inspirational and a truely competitive, race ready featherweight XC mountainbike, that will not only tirelessly perform but last longer than your lifetime. Probably, I mean anything can happen.
These are our CAD renders from our first set of frame drawings, WE NEED YOUR INPUT, so if you have any thoughts, views or ideas to add to this project use your voice here and post a comment below.
