bravery never goes
We always like to apply a bit of original 'trail style' when we are out riding. It tends to brighten up the day for other riders, especially the hardcore lycra elite who can't quite understand piss pots and jeans for a XC ride.
But we've noticed that brightly coloured piss pot trend that we've been styling for a while has started to become more accepted as headwear. So much so that we decided it was time to move on and get a fresh new look on our domes for 2011, something a bit more avante garde. Step up to the ockee the Urge Endur-O-Matic.
We first saw 'Urge' helmets a while back cropping up at a enduro races in France, instantly the 'look' of them talked to us, they're different from anything we'd seen so we instantly got locked into their gravitional pull.
Initial mirror testing shows; the fit is exceptional even on the weirdest shaped fat head like mine, the weight is great and the overall on-the-head look is a 9 out of 10.
We've not had a chance to test ride this little beauty yet as it only landed on our heads last week, just as the weather turned chilly-baltic-double-penguin, but as soon as we can get out we'll be testing this superlight little beauty and reporting back.
In the meantime here's some some beauty shots followed by some facts and figures.
